I recently rented some equipment from this rental service for a small gathering. Overall, it was a decent experience. The equipment was in good condition, and the setup instructions were clear. However, the customer service could have been more friendly and helpful. It felt a bit robotic. Nevertheless, I was able to achieve what I needed for my event.
