I am baffled as to how a community college in 2018...

I am baffled as to how a community college in 2018 doesn t have the ability to e-mail a transcript to another academic institution. Registrar s office claims to not have a scanner, which I find hard to believe. Incredibly frustrating to have a graduate school admissions decision delayed thanks to a slow transcript mailing process - and I only received college credit through DMACC back when I was in high school over ten years ago! Few universities accept faxed transcripts anymore. Update your system.
