I'm a huge fan of Cajun cuisine and Michael's Cajun Seafood Inc. is by far one of the best places I've been to. The food is consistently delicious and the service is outstanding. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend their crawfish étouffée, it's a flavor explosion!
