I have been a customer of Technology Practice Group for two years now, and I must say that their services are average. While they have a wide range of products, their customer support is lacking. It takes them a long time to respond to queries and the solutions provided are often partially helpful. I hope they improve their customer support as it is an important aspect of any tech company.
