I have been a customer of LUU, TIEN AGT for several years now and I must say their service is average. The staff is friendly and helpful most of the time, but there have been instances where I felt ignored or not taken seriously. Overall, their products are decent and the prices are reasonable. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service.
