Got hit by a drunk. Intake nurse failed to get my address (???!!) Months passed, I assumed they'd billed the drunk's insurance but no, they sent me to collections and messed up my credit. Now a year later they're trying to bill the V.A. (Again--!???) instead of the insurnace company for the drunk. Been on the phone trying to straighten it out umpteen times. Staggering incompetence.
