I have been working at ArchitectureCrossing for the past two years and I must say that it has been an average experience. The work culture is fine but there is room for improvement. The management lacks transparency and communication. On the positive side, the projects are interesting and challenging, which keeps me motivated. Overall, I would rate ArchitectureCrossing as an average company to work for.
