I work at a Hilton Garden Inn hotel, and this UniGuest company is always quick to resolve any issue we have with our all-in-one desktop 'business center computers' for guest use. Having the all-in-ones that we do, which even I know are a bit outdated, the techs are always polite and patient to resolve the tickets I call in for. Hopefully soon we'll get newer models and fewer tech support issues, lol. But I appreciate the great service of UniGuest, every time we need them!
