I had heard great things about this salon from friends, so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! The staff at Penny James Salon were friendly and attentive, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience. The salon itself is clean and modern, with a relaxing atmosphere. The stylist who worked with me was professional and took the time to listen to my needs.
