Go transit is an average company. The services they provide are just okay. I have used their services a few times and have not been overly impressed. The trains are usually on time which is a plus, but the facilities are not well-maintained. The seating is uncomfortable and the bathrooms are often dirty. Overall, Go transit needs to step up their game and improve the overall experience for their customers.
