Way too much retail, makes it very cramped with so many people. They are definitely focused on the retail now. Hard to find anything it's so dark everywhere, except where the retail is. We paid extra for the carriage ride to be with just our family then find out you have to share a carriage ride with other people? What? Never heard of such a thing. No Christmas music while seeing the lights. $10 for a 5oz pour of really bad wine. The tubing Hill is a joke, and then go to get pictures of it and only 2 Lanes actually take pictures but out of the four employees at the top no one tells you that. We had fun bc we were together but would've had just as much fun driving around looking at lights.
