Loram is a money train that doesn t care how many employees are left dead and bloodied along the way. You people are unbelievable... I don t know how the hell you sleep at night.

Men: This company will work you to death, or as close as they legally can, for the sake of a dollar. Breaks are often rescheduled or taken away completely. You will never, and I mean never, be home enough to justify this madness. Do NOT sign the contract saying you will be available for 6-12 weeks as needed. They will definitely screw you over as often as they see fit. Especially if you re good at your job or a hard worker.

Ladies: Prepare yourselves. You will never see your husband. I get to see mine for about 2 months (total) per year. Do not book vacations, they will get canceled or you will go alone. Do not make any concrete plans as Loram will find a way to keep your husband and you will be living alone in your personal hell.

LORAM: Get your shite together. You corporate office big wigs like to go home right? How about you manly ladies in HR, I ll bet you like going home too. What makes you think your employees don t want to see their families?? Did you know that overworked employees are more likely to get hurt/killed on the job? Yes, on your railroad.
For a company with a revolving door of new hires, they have shockingly little qualified men in the field.
