Ocean kayak is an average company. I recently purchased a kayak from their website and overall, the experience was okay. The ordering process was straightforward, the shipping was prompt, and the product arrived in good condition. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I had a question about my order, it took multiple attempts to get a response, and even then, the response was not very helpful. I expected better customer service from a reputable company like Ocean kayak.
