Poor service. I had an allergic reaction to the material from the arms of the frames. I hoped to find out the type of material used to avoid the problem. Only received one email telling me to go to the optician (which I already did).
No further assistance given.
I paid a premium price for the frames and this company appears to have zero interest in providing simple information which would cost them nothing.
