I had an average experience with Proactive physical therapy specialists. The therapists were knowledgeable and professional but the overall progress was slower than I expected. The facility was clean and well-maintained. The exercises they provided were helpful in improving my mobility. However, I wish they had more flexibility in scheduling appointments. The staff was friendly and supportive. Overall, it was an average experience.
