Shameful situations at postNL. The packages are not delivered 4 times in three weeks. The first three times you will read on the "track and trace" that they "missed" me, while no one has come by. (I was at home, the light was on, car in front of the door and the doorbell registers all calls). After "missed" twice, the package is thrown off at a pick-up point and you can put it over yourself. The fourth time you read until 9:30 pm that the parcel will be delivered that day, after which it will suddenly be delivered two days later. It is a pity that internet sellers choose such a partner.
