After reading all the positive reviews of this place, I always had been wanting to check it out for years. As I didn't take a lesson with any staff there, just rented floor space with my dance partner... I can only review the facilities. The floor space is small just like anywhere else in NYC. There are two large poles about 2-3 feet wide in the main ballroom that divide it up and soak up a lot of space as well. There are a handful of smaller side rooms. The floor quality is amongst the worst I've seen, even by NYC standards. There's laminate flooring just over concrete... and you can really feel it on your feet after not too long of a session.

It was nice to finally see this studio, and I hear it's great for salsa and tango... but I won't be renting floor space anytime here soon.

Update 31 August 2017: Changed to 4 stars after they updated to a sprung wooden floor. It's much better than it used to be. Keep in mind that this is primarily a place to go with a private instructor than an actual cohesive studio.
