The stay at the Catskill Mountains resort was average. The website offered a variety of activities, from hiking to swimming, which was appealing. However, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The rooms were clean but lacked the charm and character I was hoping for in a mountain resort. The staff was friendly, but their service was inconsistent. Some employees went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, while others seemed disinterested. One positive aspect was the beautiful surroundings; the mountain views were breathtaking. However, the resort lacked amenities such as a fitness center or spa, which would have added value to our stay. Considering the price we paid, I expected a more exceptional experience.
