As an ex player at mont la salle for 7 years or so, I found along the years that as a club it regressed instead of improving. I want to explain that this review is exclusive to the club only. The club's policy is pay to learn (which is normal in any sports institute) but when you reach the higher levels of the ladder and play in the name of MLS and still pay for training in limited hours that's a problem. Their priority in sports varies on the income they get from the numbers and competitive results. Thus you need to win competitions to be able to train more not train more to get good results. Thank you for everything but when apprentices are giving their all but aren't finding any improvement, the problem comes from MLS
