I had a mixed experience at Thames Medical Centre. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, but I found the doctor I saw to be somewhat dismissive and rushed. I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously, and I left feeling somewhat unsatisfied. However, I recognize that this may have been an isolated incident and that others may have had different experiences.
