I have been shopping with Grupo hegemonía for a while now and overall, I have had a positive experience. The customer service team is responsive and helpful, and the website is easy to use. However, there have been a couple of instances where my orders were delayed. It's not a dealbreaker, but it would be great if they could improve their order processing time.
