I recently worked with a residential development company based in Southwest Florida and found their services to be quite average. The communication was decent, and the project was completed within the expected timeframe. However, I felt that there were some areas where they could have been more proactive in providing updates and addressing concerns. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and finishing touches. Overall, the experience was okay, and I would consider working with them again if there are improvements in their approach to customer service and project management.
