During my recent trip with Globus Travel Inc., I had a mixed experience. The company's customer service was outstanding, and they were always prompt in addressing my queries and concerns. The tour guides were knowledgeable and made the trip informative and engaging. However, I was disappointed with the accommodation provided, as it didn't meet my expectations. Also, the transportation arrangements were not as efficient as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate my experience as above average.
