This agency seems to be biased against EMPLOYERS. Their online system is the worst with no help or contact for support. Several times, notices they require responses to disappear or don't repopulate. I have had to pay for claims which I was not able to respond to on time due to not getting notices/responses filed on time. I cringe every time I have to respond or address one of their emails because I already know, their online portal is not going to work right to my business's disadvantage.
