I recently had to use the services of Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) and overall, I found them to be satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they kept me informed throughout the process. However, I did find that their fees were a bit on the higher side compared to some other firms. Despite this, I would still recommend MASS for their professional approach.
