I recently had the opportunity to try out the services offered by Phototouch, inc. and while it was a decent experience overall, I felt that there were some areas that could be improved. The website at phototouchinc.com is easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the communication to be lacking as my inquiries were not always promptly addressed. The quality of the photos I received was good, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. While I may consider using their services again in the future, I hope to see some improvements.
