As a customer of Miss Menopause, I must say I have mixed feelings. The service provided by the company is average at best. While I appreciate their efforts in creating a website that is easy to navigate and visually appealing, I have found that their customer service is lacking. There have been a few instances where I have reached out with questions or concerns and have received no response. This kind of disregard for customers is disappointing and certainly does not make me want to recommend Miss Menopause to others.
