I recently purchased a property through a realtor, and the experience was satisfactory. The agent was knowledgeable and helpful, and they understood my requirements well. However, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more proactive in keeping me up-to-date with the progress. Overall, it was a decent experience dealing with them.
