I had an average shopping experience at Maskarade Retail INC. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the products I received were not as good as I expected. The quality was just average, and some items were not exactly as shown in the pictures. The customer service was also average, as they took a while to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it was an average experience.
