I have been a loyal customer of State Farm Insurance for over 10 years and I must say that their service has always been average. They have provided me with the basic coverage I needed for my car and home, but nothing exceptional. Their rates are competitive, but I have never experienced anything great or excellent from them. Overall, I would rate State Farm Insurance as an average insurance company.
