I have been a customer of Maple Power Ltd for a few years now and I must say their service is average. While they provide reliable power solutions, their customer support could use some improvement. The staff is generally helpful, but there have been times when I've had to wait longer than expected to get assistance. Overall, Maple Power Ltd is a decent company to work with.
