CUSTOMER: I have been banking with this institution for a while now, and overall it has been a positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the online banking system is efficient. I appreciate the convenience of the mobile app as well. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered minor issues with their customer support. Nonetheless, I would still rate Citizens Bank Of Kansas as great.
