I had a mixed experience with HERBST EXCAVATING. Some aspects of their work were great, but others were disappointing. The excavation itself was done well, and the workers were skilled. However, I was not happy with their communication. They were not responsive to my queries and did not keep me updated on the progress of the project. Improved communication would have made the experience much better.
