Go to a different agency, they have poor service, I was told everything should be done in a month to work and it's over a month going on two, they do not callback like they say they will, they also lie. The Altamed that pick this agency was upset, because I told them what Health talent 2 said, I can't do orientation until they have enough people, Altamed said no they should do orientation whether it's 1 person or not. I keep having to call back to go on to the next step or else I never received a call.
