THE WORST FOLLOW UP SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DAT...

THE WORST FOLLOW UP SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DATE. HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED, I PURCHASED THE BRAND NEW 2017 CIVIC SI FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND BOUGHT THE TIRE AND WHEEL AND REPAIR CONTRACTS FROM THIS DEALERSHIPS. I RAN OVER A NAIL ON FRIDAY NIGHT AND THE TIRE WAS RUINED. SO SATURDAY MORNING AT 9AM I CALL THE TIRE WARRANTY PHONE NUMBER SHE SAYS ITS COVERED AND GIVES ME A CLAIM NUMBER. I CALL THE DEALERSHIP AND GET A ADVISOR NAMED TONY, (here is where it takes a turn for the worse) I give Tony the claim number and tire size that came on the vehicle they sold me, he says give me a little bit and I ll check to see if we have the tire and I ll call you back. I didn t receive any call back from Tony, I call again and wait on hold for 10 minutes, I hang up. I call back again now it s 3pm and have to leave a voicemail, I state that we had spoke 5 hours ago and have not received a response from him. There not open Sunday. So Monday morning first thing I expect a call back right...not. No follow thru from these people at all. I call and get the service director this time. Explain how disappointed and let down I am, he says Monday is Tony s day off. Well that s convenient, so he can leave more people disappointed from Saturday. I think Steve is the service directors name, so he says I ll call you back in 5 minutes, we ll he called back. It s wasnt 5 min. No surprise there, I ve been lied to for days at this point. So it must be in there training to just tell people what they want to hear and not follow thru. Steve says he ordered the tire from Nevada because no one in town has it, and it will be in before they open on Tuesday, the tire was promised to be in at 4am, he said that s when they get there over night shipment. And that they open at 7 am and wanted to know if he could call me that early, I said yes. Guess what, no call at 7 am again. At 9 am Tony calls and says that the tire has not arrived yet. Nice of him to check his voicemail 3 days later. Here is where i am done with having understanding and patience, he calls back at 1130 and says still no tire, I ask if him to use a tracking number to see where it is since it was supposed to be in at 4am. He says that don t use tracking numbers now at this point they must think I m stupid. This text message I receive from Tony at 2:30 on Tuesday. Hello, it's Tony at Honda. The tire just got here. I also found out that for some reason it got shipped fed ex instead of Honda which is why it didn't get here on the early delivery. So tell me what fedex overnight doesn t have a tracking number? My wife took the rim over there to get the tire changed. And I have it back now. I was without a car for 4 days for a tire, lied to and treated like I was bothering them, I bought the car there. The extended contracts there. Had to take them the rim and tire to get changed. I would not trust these people at all, they want your money the first time and have no follow up care at all.
