I had a mixed experience with Nap Doug. While their website was easy to navigate and had helpful information, their customer service was lacking. I had some questions about their products and it took multiple attempts to get a response. When I did finally receive a response, it was not very helpful. I also found their prices to be on the higher side compared to similar companies. Overall, the experience was average.
