I recently went on a trip organized by Himalayan Travels. Their service was average overall. The website was okay, but it could be more user-friendly. The booking process was smooth, but the communication could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but I felt that they lacked enthusiasm. The accommodation was decent, but there were some minor issues. There is room for improvement.
