I highly recommend Anita Wilson! The classes are well-structured and the instructors are highly knowledgeable. I have been training with them for over a year and I have seen a significant improvement in my Aikido skills. The dojo has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to learn and develop. The techniques taught are practical and effective, and the instructors always provide clear explanations and demonstrations. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience training at Anita Wilson Aikido!
