Complete lack of attention and competency at this agency. I had a revolving door of property managers who were unhelpful and difficult. They arrived early for my final inspection, over penalised me for the bad condition of the paint job - because paint chipped off when I removed sticky hooks which I have never had an issue with before and had someone from the agency comment that it needed to be redone - so my bond was not returned in full. When I handed back my keys a man was being told he would have to pay his bond before reading his contract, and another guy was there because he had been given the wrong keys.
