Fortitude² is an average company. The customer service is decent and the website is easy to navigate. However, I found the overall experience to be lacking. The products were not as high quality as I expected and the prices were a bit steep. I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it either.
