This company and the people who manage it are a failure and the director is not competent. I was fired overnight after more than 3 years as an operator. Only because I protested because of excessive duties not related to earnings. They gave a notice of dismissal with a load of rubbish that would make it difficult to find a job. So I had to sign an agreement as if I had applied for it and thus they prevented me from going on benefits. I definitely do not recommend and even advise against this company. They don't respect people, blackmail and mob.
