Don't EVER apply to work there!!!! They are currently recruiting for human resources at their Mishawaka location with the most recent one leaving after just over a year. This was the fourth one they'd hired in just over three years. This should tell you something when they can't even keep someone in that position. There is a "man's club" there, so unless you fit in that club, you will not fit in at all. They do not care about their employees with the amount of work given to them. They expect you to work overtime in order to keep up on the workload and will continue to give you more and more work as employees leave and them not hiring replacements.
