They call it My Rocket Loan??? It was more like a my snail loan. They baited us with a super low interest rate and reasonably priced loan. They dragged their feet while we waited months and months and months to be approved, only to be told that the cost of the loan had more than doubled to a point where the loan no longer made sense and offered no savings. We had already paid for the appraisal when the broke the news to us. Horrible service, a horrible product.
