I am a customer of Minimal, and although I like their products, I wasn't completely satisfied. The quality of the items I purchased was good, but not outstanding. The design was minimal, as expected, but it didn't stand out from competitors. The customer service provided by Minimal was decent, they were responsive. However, I felt that they could have gone the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My experience with Minimal was average.
