Please stay away from this company. I Booked a load with Jear Logistics LLC with a broker named Jack Rubino, calling him Scrupulous is an understatement. To begin with the load was overweight. After taking care of that issue, I get to the delivery and they inform me that the delivery dates on my rate confirmation was not correct and delivery was for the next day. I called Jack and we verbally got into it because I was demanding more pay. Reason being if the load was to be delivered 8am 02/25/21 and the consignee was telling me that it was scheduled for 26th at 6pm the next day, that meant I was to stay put for the whole day of 25th and 26th. Now they are claiming that for me to get paid I have to drive 40 miles and to the weigh scale and weigh in my truck while empty. This should have been requested BEFORE I loaded up at the pick up and not after. A waste of my time .This company is dishonest and this particular broker was rude and unprofessional. He should have been straight with me from the get go and all this could have been avoided.He is the reason Brokers get a bad rep.
