I have been a customer of Roitrak™ for a few months now and I must say, their services are average at best. The website is user-friendly and the support team is helpful, but the performance could be better. The tracking system often lags and the reporting features are not as detailed as I expected. Overall, it's an okay option for tracking ROI, but there is definitely room for improvement.
