I called ahead for a room with 2 beds was told that I would be getting the last room with 2 beds. That was great I thought. Been driving all day ! Doing a cross country trip starting in CT.
Get to the hotel check in go upstairs to my room and it's a one bed room. Yeah I like my buddy but I'm not sleeping with him. I was very upset after driving over 1,000 miles and having to deal with this. After expressing my disappointment with the front desk. I ended up sleeping in a very uncomfortable roll away bed . It wasn't a very good night sleeping and now I get to spend the day driving another 900 miles with back pain.
Very dissatisfied with the service..
