I had an average experience at the Institute for the study of urologic diseases. The staff was friendly, and the doctors were knowledgeable. However, the facilities could be improved. The waiting area was crowded, and there was a lack of privacy during the consultation. Despite these shortcomings, the medical care provided was satisfactory. I would recommend ISUD for their expertise but suggest they work on enhancing the patient experience.
