I had a fairly average experience with RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed. The service was satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and responsiveness. Overall, it was an average experience.
