CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTING!!!
I bought a living room set on May 25th. We were told we will get a call in 2 weeks to set up delivery. The two weeks came and no call, so we called and got the run around by management and was told there was a shortage of fabric...manufacturer issue. We understand there is not much that can be done with this situation but it would have been nice if Hurwitz Mintz's informed their customer. So, we are giving a June 22nd date for when we should get the call to set up delivery. We called a few days ahead to check-in. AGAIN, we are giving the run around by management and now are being told we may have the furniture late August early September (12-15 weeks after purchase). Hurwitz Mintz sales manager's offered zero to compensate for the inconvenience and lack of customer service. They went on and on about the RARITY of the situation. We get it, the fabric shortage is rare but the responsible thing would be your customer service informing us at the very least. After much back and forth WE asked if they did loaner furniture. They said, yes. Why was this never mentioned by the many sales managers that we spoke to??!! I will pass our situation on to others regarding the "lack of" at this store!
